Stand up and
massage your penis until it is

a 30-40% erect state |

the penis and stretch it as far as possible under your backside |

Now, slowly sit down on the penis which should result in your penis
being stretched as you sit down |

Exercise : Power Stretch. The main purpose of this exercise is
to help you achieve flaccid length and girth. |

exercise can be performed for as long as you wish but over 20
minutes is not recommended. Recommended timing for this exercise is
5-10 minutes. |

This exercise can serve as a relaxing exercise and can be performed
at the end of any workout session. |
